For example, the air purifier may use UV light to destroy bacteria and virus, adding a photocatalyst layer can improve the function.
Considering the UV light cause high temp, normally cardboard frame for the air purifier filters is not available for the TiO2 photocatalyst filters. Aluminum alloy frame is recommend. The aluminum foil honeycomb as the base of painting TiO2 photocatalyst dust, the more dense the honeycomb, the more area we get.
The length of honeycomb side is 1mm, 1.5mm, and 2, 2.5, the max length is 4mm. The thickness of the whole honeycomb is 3mm to 60mm.
Normally, the design is 1.5-2.5 mm of the honeycomb side length, and 3mm to 5mm of the whole honeycomb thickness.
No need to make the honeycomb too thick, cause the UV lamp may cannot light the interior part.
