Introduction:

For some specific occasion, the air filters should be installed with a flange, or a header. Normally, the HEPA filters are box design for flat design, but we can make some special design filters such as double flange, single flange. The flange frame material can be galvanized steel, aluminum board, plastic ABS, aluminum alloy.

The filter media is glass fiber, efficiency range from F6 to H14 available. Hot melt separator or aluminum foil corrugated separator. Personalized size and OEM service.

The air filters is a quite important part for HVAC system, glass fiber media can stock most of the fine dust size about 0.3-1 micron, best efficiency is 99.999%, the pure clean environment is very helpful to improve product yield, quality, and prevent dust spot in painting process, prevent bacteria affection in pharmaceutical and food industries. Also, the air filters can be used in power station, high tech micron electronics, LED industrial, lab, hospitals and so on.

The pre filters should be replaced every 3 to 4 months, pocket filters should be replaced every 6-12 months, HEPA filters should be replaced every 1 to 3 years. To maximize the hepa filters service life, the pre filters and pocket filters should be replaced in time.
