High temperature HEPA filter for 350 ℃


Introduction:

The 350 centigrade High temperature HEPA filters are mostly used in dry heat sterilization in the pharmaceutical company, the max temp can be 400 centigrade;
Made of stainless steel 304, ceramic sealant and glass fiber filter media, aluminum foil separator, glass fiber bar as the gasket.

The 350 centigrade HEPA filters filter media spaced by corrugated aluminum foil, to create minimum filter resistance and larger filter air flow rate. The filter media are folded by 180° and layered.

Cause the ceramic sealant is very hard to dry, the ceramic sealant are dry from outside to inside; it`s spend 3-7 days for this process. If using the moist ceramic sealant may cause the sealant break finally. But there are some solutions to prevent this case.
For 350 centigrade HEPA filters, if the ceramic not dry totally.
Please
make the oven to 100 centigrade, and keep the temperature in the next 2 hours,
then let it cold down;
Up the oven to 150 centigrade, keep the temperature in the next 1 hour, then cold down;
Up the oven to 200 centigrade, keep the temperature in the next 1 hours, then cold down;
Keep the process until the temperature to 300 centigrade, then the HEPA filters can be used.
