The high temperature HEPA filters

The high temperature air filters are applied in normal oven in painting spray room or dry heat ovens in pharmaceutical; or be used to filter high temp gas in chemical factories.
The high temperature air filters use special material so it can beat max temp as high as to 350˚C;
Different of material:
Silicone gasket 250 centigrade, glass fiber bar gasket 350 centigrade;
Silicone sealant 250 centigrade, ceramic sealant bear 350 centigrade;
Aluminum foil separator to space the glass fiber media;
High temperature resistant glass fiber
Stainless steel frame; stainless steel grille to side

Efficiency: from F6 to H14 available;
Best efficiency of the filters is 99.99%@0.3um
Can be used in 300˚C;

The application:

  1. Aerospace, micro electronics, semi conductor, ultrasonic wave, pharmaceutical, chemical, food, painting spray industries and so on.
  2. The terminal air filters ( ovens of the HVAC )
